glorious core not detecting keyboard

I have tried to download the software for my keyboard and I cant get it to work (its a gmmk tkl) like it did the first time the (code on the back starts with 201911). Also I don't know if this is a related issue or a different issue, but sometimes I would press a key all the way down and it wouldn't register the input or it would register it twice.
