General admission viewing areas are located in odd places around the circuit, where the views may be restricted in comparison to the more expensive tickets, though you can sometimes get closer to the action from unique viewing points. These give you the same access to the general admission spectating areas, but in addition you get access to four different GA Plus viewing areas on Friday and Saturday, and then just your chosen GA Plus viewing area on the Sunday. Maggotts and Becketts are probably the most famous section of corners on the F1 calendar. You should get to Silverstone by 7am if you want to get a good viewing spot for the F1 race. General admission areas do provide good views but the Saturday is almost as busy as Sunday. I see a lot of people talking about stowe, club and pit straight but not seen much about Abbey. If you do, youll be joining most other people and will probably be stuck in traffic jams or queues for hours. There is no dress code for general admission, general admission plus or grandstand seat ticket holders at the British Grand Prix at Silverstone. In order to make the next category of ticket more affordable, Silverstone has priced 'Silver Grandstand' tickets at 75 (for race day) - just 5 more than a race day general admission ticket. Usually with GA tickets in Silverstone you would need to be at the track at 6am to get to the best locations, but with these more premium areas you probably don't need to rush in, as they should hopefully limit the numbers enough so that whereever you are in this area you get a good spot.
