Archie Mason Griffin (born August 21, 1954) is a former American football Running back and College Football Hall of Famer. After graduation, Griffin was a first-round draft choice of the Cincinnati Bengals. Archie Griffin played fullback in high school at Eastmoor Academy in Ohio before taking his talents to Ohio State University and play for head coach Woody Hayes.
